Short walk to the beach (3.5 Mins), restaurant, and activities. Private dead-end street, safe for children. **Golf Cart Now Available to rent at the start the of 2024 season. Will supply details upon booking. Point Sebago, if you haven't been, is "glamping" at it's finest. Beach, golf, tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard, fishing, boating, playground, small splash pad, tons of activities for kids and adults, arcade, restaurant/ tiki bar, ice cream. You name it they probably got it. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.Summer - (Sat-Sat Only)Spring and Fall weekends available (3 night minimum)** Guest Registration fee's paid to Point Sebago upon arrival by guests, $10 per guest / per night ** Both bedrooms have queen size beds. (Bring your own Linens and Blankets)There is a full size sleep futon in the living area along with Smart TV and Spectrum cable. The kitchen comes with a small table for four and equipped with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. The freshly rocked yard and patio also comes with a picnic table for outdoor eating.
