Tranquil, serene Sebago Lakefront House on 2 wooded acres - 300ft waterfront! The house has been newly renovated top to bottom in late 2021. Beautiful new master bedroom, new kitchen, expansive new living room, new screened porch and three other newly renovated bedrooms (total sleeping for 8) overlook large 2-acre wooded property with 300ft(!) of waterfrontage on beautiful Sebago Lake.The master bedroom bed was just upgraded in 2024 to a new king-size bed and bedroom 2 was just upgraded to a queen-size bed. The other two bedrooms have comfortable full-size beds. All four bedrooms sleep two each in a total of four beds. All bedrooms have water views!The view is stunning from the newly renovated porch room and the lakeside deck which can be used all four seasons. Magnificent bathroom 1 is huge and has a soaker tub and a massive rain-head glass shower. Beautiful bathroom 2 has a pedestal sink and fiberglass shower enclosure.Summer and early Fall 2024 are here! If you are looking for the ultimate waterfront vacation experience, look no further:) This rental offers the perfect combination of luxury and convenience. Imagine waking up to the sound of waves lapping against the shore, and spending your days swimming, boating and fishing on one of Maine's cleanest, most beautiful lakes. The property and house are fully equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped, custom kitchen, comfortable bedrooms with provided linens, and spacious living areas, inside and out.The true beauty of this property and house are its amazing location. The house is located on the waterfront of the lake, with easy access to all of its lakefront recreational activities. But it is also very private and secluded, for family/guest quiet time on your own. It is also very close to restaurants, shops, big-box stores, towns, villages and amazing land-based activities.There is a deep-water dock to accommodate your personal or rental boat in the Spring, Summer and Fall. The dock is also perfect for swimming, diving and sunbathing in the Spring, Summer and Fall. Also, new central AC has been installed for your comfort.But let's not forget about the other seasons! Hiking, antiquing and apple picking abound in the Fall. Skiing, ice fishing, snow tubing, and snowmobiling are all close by in Winter. In fact, ice fishing can be found right in our back yard on Kettle Cove.The Fall foliage from the house is beautiful! In the Fall, you are 15 minutes from great hiking and 20 minutes from apple picking. In the Winter, you are 25 minutes from skiing at Shawnee Peak in Bridgton, 65 minutes from skiing at Sunday River Ski Resort, 10 minutes from snow tubing at Seacoast Adventure in Windham, 15 minutes from snowmobile rentals, and 2 minutes from an extensive snowmobile trail system.All four seasons, you are only 35 minutes from downtown Portland, ME and 60 minutes from North Conway, NH and the North Conway Scenic Railway. A trip to wonderful Kennebunkport, ME, its lovely shops and restaurants and former President Bush's compound is only 60 minutes away. Freeport, ME and its wonderful shops and restaurants is only a 40-minute drive. While you are there, visit L.L. Bean's headquarter stores, open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day!In the Summer, you are only 50 minutes away from Saco Bound, Conway NH's premier attraction for 1, 3 and 4-hour tubing excursions down the Saco River.The kitchen has all the supplies you need for family meal preparation for eight. There is a nice workspace in the master bedroom that is well lit with outlets for your laptop computer, or you can simply work at the great big kitchen island:) A WIFI-network printer is also available for your use. There is a very strong WIFI signal for your Zoom meetings and other Internet needs. An outdoor internet antenna extends the WIFI signal throughout the property, all the way down to the lakeside deck by the water in case you wish to do your office work at the water's edge!The Game of Life, Monopoly, Backgammon, puzzles and other family games are inside the black coffee table in the living room and in the blue cabinets under the kitchen island for your enjoyment. Books are on a bookshelf in the master bedroom, including a number of books about Maine.In the very unlikely event of a power outage, an automatic whole-house generator turns on to provide power for heat, air conditioning, all house electrical appliances and lights.
