Walk out onto 90+ feet of private sand beach and pristine water! You'll have access to multiple rental amenities,including recreationalequipment (games, pedal boat, paddleboards, kayaks, fishing gear), a grill, fire pits (gas and wood smokeless), and more. No motors are allowed on the lake, so it's safe for swimming and families with kids of all ages.With 2,080 square feet split evenly across two levels, Kokomo Cabin is great for groups of up to 10 adults and kids - sorry, no pets. Ample kitchen amenities, a great room on each level with a large Roku TV anddining table, plus cozy bedrooms for privacy and relaxation. Our low cleaning fee makes for affordable 2-night stays (4 nights minimum during the summer season), while on-site activities and local adventures create many opportunities for memorable 4-7 night stays.Please review our photo gallery or our Amenities list for more details.___________________________________________GET THERE FAST WITH ABUNDANT AMENITIESWe've equipped the property with all the amenities for a stress-free and comfortable stay - allowing you to connect with others while enjoying sunsets, sunrises, and everything in between.AMENITIES > INSIDE THE CABIN- Kitchen areas on both upper and lower floors; upstairs is fully equipped with cooking, baking, and entertaining supplies; kitchenette downstairs has full fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, plates, cups, and more serveware.- Dining tables on each floor seat up to 8 kids/adults; upstairs has 4 stools at spacious kitchen island; serveware, placemats, and napkins included for each floor!- Four bedrooms sleep up to 10 adults and children. BEDROOM 1 w/ king, BEDROOM 2 & 3 with queens, bedroom 4 has a bunk bed twin over full plus a twin trundle bed that pulls out. We also provide a queen air mattress and pack n' play. All beds have premium mattresses, quality bedding, two pillow options per bed, dressers, luggage racks, and sound machines/alarm clocks.- Two full bathrooms with ample towels provided; upstairs has a walk-in shower, and downstairs has a tub with a shower; fully equipped laundry room.- A large stone fireplace (gas) on the upper level and an electric fireplace downstairs keep the cabin warm and cozy during the cooler months. ACTIVITIES > OWNERS PICKS:- Lakeside Dining: We think Shipwreck Bay has the best overall food and atmosphere (8-minute drive), while The Dirty Turtle has the best drinks, space for kids, live music, and an active marina (4-minute drive), but the best burger is the Smashburger at Pine Cove Bar & Grill (6-minute drive).-Groceries: Festival Foods in Mauston is about 10 minutes away and has a curbside pickup.- Day Trip: The Wisconsin Dells is only a 35-minute drive and offers many activities year-round. Devil's Lake is just past the Dells and is Wisconsin's most popular state park.- Recently renovated, the Town of Germantown Park provides free access to the lake (via trails, dock, beach, and fishing areas)and offers many amenities such as bathrooms and pet accommodations. There are no cameras inside the house. There are sensors inside the house for the following purposes:- On the basement patio door, a sensor chimes when the door opens to ensure the safety of children.- Fire alarms andflood/freeze sensors notify the Homeowners when triggered. If you hear an alarm, please vacate the house and call us!- Exterior doors have open/close sensors. Interior doors to Homeowner-only rooms (utility room and closet under the stairs) are locked and have open/close sensors.___________________________________________DAMAGE DEPOSIT:The $200 security deposit, which VRBO says is “collected on-premise” is NOT collectedon-premise – it is a credit card preauthorization and will be released after your stay if no damage is reported/found. ___________________________________________ACCESSIBILITY NOTICE:A very flat, large driveway with extra room on a cul-de-sacroadmakes parking of cars and trailers easy. However, it is atwo-level home with a couple of stairs to enter the home,an internal staircase, plus a slanted yardand a stairway leading down to the beach. We strive to be as inclusive as possible, but unfortunately, our home may not be suitable for individuals with mobility impairments or those who require wheelchair accessibility.
