This two story cabin is ideal for fishing, hunting, ATVs, snowmobiling, hiking, golf trips or just relaxing and having fun. Very close distance to hiking trails, State and County Parks with a beach.Only 1 mile to boat launch on the Wisconsin River.Get to the ATV routes or snowmobile trails right from the driveway.Wisconsin Dells waterparks only 40 minutes away.Sand Valley and Lake Arrowhead golf course only 20 minutes drive.Many restaurants and bars near by.The Cabin:This cabin offers 2 tastefully furnished bedrooms + loft and 2 full bathrooms. Large open concept kitchen which is fully equipped and invites you to cook with family and friends. Living room with 75" big screen TV/Netflix/Amazon Prime, YouTube TvSleeping arrangements:Master Bedroom with king size bed, Flat screen TV / DVD2nd bedroom Queen size bed and has no TV to get a good night sleep. 3rd bedroom / loft has 3 full size double beds plus bunk bed twin over twin with additional pull out twin size bed.Entertainment on 2nd floor includes Flat Screen TV, PS3 console, foosball table.Overall there is a big library of DVD's, board games, PS3 games.High Speed, Wi-Fi internet through out the home. Outside amenities includes Gazebo with comfortable patio furniture, guests favorite outdoor tennis table ( spring - fall season) Fire pit, picnic table, patio chairs, basketball hoop, sand box for the little ones, and a nice Weber grill to master your cooking skills.Large circular driveway with plenty of parking space for Boats, ATV's, and cars. Please note : Garage is for owner use only. THINGS TO KNOW:Cabin accommodates up to 10 guests.Please note - all people in your party, regardless of age, must be included in the booking numbers. RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID:Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver signed via Docusign is required to finalize the reservation. Host requires a copy of Gvt Issued ID. Rental agreement needs to be signed and returned within 72hrs upon receipt.AGE RESTRICTIONS:All guests must be at least 25 yrs old to rent and occupy the property (no exceptions) unless they are underage kids accompanied by parents or legal guardians during the entire stay.Misrepresentation will result in loss of access to the property without refund for the reservation. OCCUPANCY:Only those persons identified on the booking reservation form are authorized to use the property. Any changes to the persons booked to occupy the cabin must be approved before check-in.An overnight stay of additional persons will result in the loss of the full security deposit.No additional "guests" of guests permitted at anytime.ACCESS CODE:Access code will be given 24 hrs prior to check in time. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:Rental period begins at 4pm on the day of arrival and terminates at 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out are based on availability and can be requested 2 days prior to arrival for a small fee. Early check-in and late check-out must be approved by host and fees paid in advance.During high season (June through to September) we can not offer early check in or late check out.Any check-out after 12:00 pm will incur a charge of 1 night's stay plus tax. Unlike a hotel with a large cleaning staff onsite, the host must coordinate all cleanings well in advance and accordingly there are fees charged to us associated with early, late and overtime cleanings to accommodate guests special requests.PETS:1 dog up to 50 pounds allowed with host prior approval and pet fee paid. Pet fee per stay is $200When traveling with pet, please include your pet in the reservation.Any evidence of unauthorized pet will result in the loss of full $500 security deposit.CITY ORDINANCE:No Firearms or Fireworks of any kind are allowed on the property.It is the Renter's responsibility to adhere to the local laws and ordinances upon the jurisdiction where the home resides. Any violation that causes the police to be dispatched or code enforcement to file a complaint will automatically forfeit the security deposit.QUIET TIME:The Cabin you rented is in a residential living area. Please consider that the nighttime peace starts at 10pm and ends at 7am. We ask you not to make noises or play a loud music after 10pm while outside, so your neighbors won’t feel disturbed. FIREPLACE:Fireplace inside the house is prohibited from usage.NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras facing the driveway. Doorbell camera and camera on the garage. They do not look into any interior spacesFIREWOOD:Firewood is not provided for the campfires. If you wish to use the fire pit, please plan on bringing your own supply.We may consider a shorter stay, sometimes for an increased rate, based on availability and time of the year.
