Open concept kitchen is fully stocked and invites you to cook with family and friends.Living room with TV , Smart TV and DVD Player with many movies of all genres available.Entertainment on the 2nd floor includes Flat Screen TV and DVD player.Outside amenities include fire pit, 2 patio tables with umbrella, patio chairs, Weber gas grill to master your cooking skills.This place is ideal for guests looking for hunting on the nearby hunting lands, fishing and boating on the Lake Petenwell, riding ATV's on the trails or just relaxing and heaving fun by the fire pit.About 40 minutes drive to Wisconsin Dells and 20 minutes to Wisconsin Rapids.Close to Sand Valley, Lake Arrowhead Golf Course and a Town of Rome.There are various public ATV/ Snowmobile trails close to the cabin. There are several boat launches nearby for those looking to spend time on the water. Please note, the cabin has no direct lake access.Public boat launch in the County Park is 5 minutes away.Free StarLink WiFi Internet service provided. THINGS TO KNOW:Cabin accommodates up to 6 guests. Please note - all people in your party, regardless of age, must be included in the booking numbers. RENTAL AGREEMENT AND IDRental Agreement and Liability Waiver signed via Docusign is required to finalize the reservation. Host requires a copy of Gvt Issued ID. Rental agreement needs to be signed and returned within 72hrs upon receipt.AGE RESTRICTIONSAll guests must be at least 25 yrs old to rent and occupy the property (no exceptions) unless they are underage kids accompanied by parents or legal guardians during the entire stay.Misrepresentation will result in loss of access to the property without refund for the reservation.OCCUPANCYOnly those persons identified on the booking reservation form are authorized to use the property. Any changes to the persons booked to occupy the house must be notified for insurance reasons before check in. An overnight stay of additional persons will result in the loss of the full security deposit.ACCESS CODEAccess code will be given 24 hrs prior to check in time.CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUTRental period begins at 4pm on the day of arrival and terminates at 10am on the day of departure. During high season (June through to September) we can not offer early check in or late check out.PETS1 dog up to 50 pounds allowed with host prior approval and pet fee of $150 per stay paid. When traveling with pet, please include your pet in the reservation.Any evidence of unauthorized pet will result in the loss of full $500 security deposit.CITY ORDINANCENo Firearms or Fireworks of any kind are allowed on the property.It is the Renter's responsibility to adhere to the local laws and ordinances upon the jurisdiction where the home resides. Any violation that causes the police to be dispatched or code enforcement to file a complaint will automatically forfeit the security deposit.FIREWORKS, CANDLES, FLAMMABLE MATERIALS are strictly prohibited on the Premises.Guests shall not keep or use 0n the Promises any items of dangerous, flammable or explosive character that might unreasonably increase the danger of fire or explosion on the Premises.SAFETY: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras facing the driveway and the fire pit. They do not look into any interior spacesFIREWOOD:Firewood is not provided for the campfires.
