Explore and take in nature at the Necedah National Wildlife Refuge with visitor center, walking paths, lookout towers and bicycling this 44,000 acre park. Only 10 minutes to Nekoosa HoChunk casino, 15 minutes to the WI Rapids, and 45 minutes to the Wisconsin Dells attractions for a full day of activities for the kids. Or take a day trip to Spring Green, Frank Lloyd Wright center, and the House on the Rock. Relaxation or water-front activities ... the choice is yours!As you walk into the main level you will see an open kitchen, dining and great room with fireplace. Three spacious bedrooms on this floor. Primary suite with a king size bed, deck access and private bath. Second bedroom has 1 queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin xl beds. Full hall bath. The sunroom is off the kitchen area and has plenty of seating and access to the deck to take in the view of the lake.Head down to the lower level and you will find a large rec room with huge tv, fireplace and comfy sectional couch to curl up on. This is the perfect space for movie night or game night with the provided games and table. Another large bedroom with 1 king bed and 1 twin xl bed (can also configure as 3 twin xl beds instead of king) with private ensuite bath. You will have access to a community pier just a short walk from the home's beach area. Guests are to use owner's private slip. Boats are not allowed to be docked overnight unless it is on a lift. Boat lift and jet ski lift are available upon request and an additional fee. If you are bringing your own watercraft plan accordingly. You will either need to rent a lift or plan on trailering the watercraft each night at the property. Property has plenty of space for trailers and boat launch is minutes from the home! Boat lift will be offered for an extra $75 fee per day with a $200 refundable security deposit. There is also a jet ski lift the owners will offer for $50 fee per night with a $100 security deposit.Pets fees: $150 per pet per stay with a REFUNDABLE $500 damage deposit. BOATS , KAYAKS AND OTHER WATER TOYS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE BEACH OVERNIGHT. THEY ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO LOAD AND UNLOAD PEOPLE. YOU WILL HAVE TO REMOVE ALL BOATS AND TOYS EVERYNIGHT. THANK YOU.
