A haven for fishermen with level parking/power for 4 boats. 7 minutes to 2 boat ramps including Agency Creek. 30 minutes drive to Dayton Boat Dock. The back deck has a grill for evening cookouts. Level circular and straight gravel driveways allow for easy boat parking/power for 4 boats. New carport with power, too! Neighborhood overview: 1.5 mile neighborhood loop comprised of friendly full & part time residents. It offers nature paths and lake access (no boat ramp) managed by Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA).Guest access:You'll have access to the entire home and carport, with the exception of one owner storage closet, garage, and outdoor shed.Guest interaction:Hosts will be available by text, email, or phone. This is a second home for us. Please treat it like yours and be respectful of our neighbors. If you have any problems please reach out so we can address and resolve them.
