This booking allows you access to Unit A ***2 dogs max per reservation***Please pickup dog waste ( if you are bringing a pup with you, of course! ) Keep the pup within the fenced in yards or on a leash if you venture out for a walk.***entry way has a Ring video camera***Toiletries/ Essentials provided as a starter kit, for each booking.There is a small business office at the house over the garage. The business is for events (like road races), so it is pretty quiet. Sometimes they come to pick up supplies or are organizing packets to get ready for a race. They are respectful of tenants. If there are any issues please let us know.IMPORTANT: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking and purchase a damage waiver for a small fee ($35 per booking) The damage waiver is in place to protect you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
