Please do not arrive with unauthorized pets, as this will result in a $200 fine plus the standard pet fee of $200. Please note that these items are not replenished during your stay, so you will need to purchase more if necessary.◆ A security deposit may be required before arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking platform used. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.HOUSE RULES:✔ Guests must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.✔ Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is strictly prohibited inside the home, and the use of recreational drugs on the property is prohibited.
