Gunstock ski and play resort!The space Bright and sunny on both floors! Raised ranch perfect for 2 family’s! Upstairs 2 bedrooms, one full bed and one king bed with a 42 inch TV, large closet with mirror doors. 5 foot- 2 headed shower and 2 sinks in bathroom, open living room with a beautiful eight person square high top table where everybody can sit around and play games and share meals and also see the 55 inch TV with many live cable channels. Beautiful leather couches. News kitchen with all the amenities for cooking your family meals. This open room walks out to a 20 x 16 deck . You will enjoy sitting around the fire table. Out the kitchen door is a fenced in backyard. Very private home with no Neighbors in sight. (Beware of wild animals and keeping your pets safe)Downstairs you will find a front loader washer and dryer, a beautiful leather sofa and another new LG 55 inch TV, a kitchenette area with a (full fridge temporarily unavailable) microwave, and a kitchen sink. A full standard bathroom with a tub shower and A room with 2-single beds and one Queen log bed. Outside this room is a sitting area with a leather couch and a single Tempur-Pedic bed.High speed internet and cable TV.The wood stove should only be used if first discussed with host.Guest accessThe entire home is yours. Enjoy the fire table on the deck. Bring your snow mobile to take the trails to everywhere! Pack your ski stuff or your hiking clothes and head to Gunstock. Go shopping in Tilton at the Tanger out-lets, head to Concerts in Gilford, enjoy the opera house in Laconia as well as the historic Colonial Theater.Other things to noteThis home is run on an artisan well and septic system. Be aware of water use when we are in a drought. It is very important NOT to flush anything except the Scotts toilet paper provided. If you prefer to bring fluffy toilet paper bring it along but please dispose in the trash can.There is no smoking inside please. Please check with host about guest other than those registered. NO Parties please. There is a ring camera facing the driveway.Trash bags, dish soap for dish washer and soap provided. Kitchen towels provided. Coffee pot and French press , 4 slice toaster, electric water kettle, pressure cooker, large pot for lobster or stew, large crock pot, dining set and silver-wear for 8 people. All new Pillows on beds as well as beautiful coverlets seen in photo's.We provide mini soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion as well as a pump in the shower. There are hair dryers in each bathroom.Bring your coffee, cream and tea. Some spices and olive oil provided. If perhaps you forget your coffee there is some in the cabinet.poop bags and a special trash out back for your pups. A can to dispose of your cigarette while smoking out back.
