One bedroom/one bathroom (both upstairs). Fully furnished and stocked with all the amenities you need for a relaxing get away. Bedding and towels provided. Ample parking room for boats, etc. Garage available for guest use. Outdoor patio table/chairs, gas grill and fire ring for campfires on nice sized lot in a residential area. Plenty of room for the kids to run and play outside.
