You are within walking distance to dining, shopping and all of our Madeline Island's activities. This very spacious second floor Condo features 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths/jacuzzi with a loft overlooking the living and dining area. Bedroom 1 features a king bed, Bedroom 2 features 2 queen beds and the loft has two queen beds. The living area has a gas fireplace and large sliding glass doors with westerly Lake Superior views. The sliding glass doors open to a deck for outdoor dining. You also have access to two gas grills managed by the Condo Association located right off the beach. Enjoy the spectacular sunsets. Items that you will need to bring:Food Beverages Condiments (including salt & pepper, ketchup, mustard, oils etc. - WI Department of Health & Human Services requires all condiments must be removed after each rental) Additional towels for going to the beach (bath towels provided are for use inside the property not to be taken outside or to the beach) Town of La Pointe Permit # - C-2024-24
