There is an additional half bath on the first floor. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms (both kings) connected by a full bath, an additional full bath, and a queen bed are situated in the open loft area. The second house has a kitchen, living area and full bath on the main level. On the second level there are 2 bedrooms with a full bath.
