Charming Vintage 1950's Cottage The Cedar Lodge is a cozy, updated vintage cottage with remarkable views of Lake Superior. Across the road is a private beach along with an extra-wide, permanent dock on lake Superior that provides a perfect place to relax and play on a sandy beach. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom cabin is ideal for up to 4 guests. The kitchen comes with microwave and dishwasher and is well-stocked, including cookware, utensils, and spices outside a gas grill and charcoal grill (please bring your charcoal and lighter fluid). There is a screen porch with rocking chairs along with a large expansive deck. A wood-burning fireplace anchors the main room with a stack of dry firewood provided stacked next to the shed. A TV with premium cable channels is on-site along with highspeed WIFI and a landline phone.The cabin is 3 miles from the town of LaPointe, where you'll find a coffee shop, restaurants, bars, ice cream, groceries, and souvenir shopping. There are tennis courts available as well as a Robert Trent Jones-designed golf course. Rules and things to note:-Dogs are allowed with a one-time $50 charge for each dog.
