This multilevel condo features 2 Bedrooms with 2.5 Baths. On the first level you will find the living area with kitchen/bath that opens to a great room concept with living and dining room areas, opening to a screen porch. The second level has two bedrooms. One is a King Bed with an additional Twin and bath and deck overlooking the lake. Bedroom two has two queens. The third floor has a jacuzzi and shower. Rates are based on four guests.There is an additional $25.00 per person per night up to six guests.Items that you will need to bring: Food Beverages Condiments (including salt & pepper, ketchup, mustard, oils etc. - WI Department of Health & Human Services requires all condiments must be removed after each rental) Additional towels for going to the beach (bath towels provided are for use inside the property not to be taken outside or to the beach) Town of La Pointe Permit # - C-2024-16
