There are also stocked ponds, a community pier, seasonal kayaking, and nature trails with observation towers. Additionally, the Freeman Stage at Bayside hosts a full slate of summer entertainment, including live dancing, music, and children’s programming.Full of light and modern finishes, the updated interior of your stay features open-concept living, spacious bedrooms, and sizable bathrooms. Settle down and enjoy it all while streaming your favorite TV shows and warming up by the heat of the gas fireplace. When hunger arises, the full kitchen has got you covered with its full suite of appliances, plentiful meal prep space, and breakfast bar. A haven of peace, the primary en suite bedroom boasts an ultra-comfortable bed, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. The additional rooms are also adorned with a nautical theme, private TVs, and central air-conditioning. Extra interior perks include a private washer/dryer, internet access, children's games, and a DVD player. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.You must be 25 or older to rent this property.This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
