The Fenwick Island and North Ocean City beaches are just a few miles east.This splendid townhome offers an open-plan first floor and an abundance of natural light. The family room provides comfy seating, a large flat-screen Roku TV, and a gas fireplace—perfect for hanging out for movie night or playing games. The fully-equipped kitchen will delight the chef of the family who can whip up some coastal cuisine for all to share. A gas grill supplements the cooking options with meals that can be enjoyed inside at the ample dining room table or on the patio, just outside the living room. A bedroom on the ground floor with a full bath is the first of two main bedrooms. There is also a private balcony for sipping coffee or indulging in some summer reading. This floor provides two more bedrooms, one with two cribs, and a third full bath. Just off the loft is another private balcony affording more outdoor relaxing options. You won't want to miss this spot!RESORT AMENITIES-PoolTHINGS TO KNOWThe pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. A pass is required and is included with the rental.Roku TVs are streaming only with guests' personal credentials. No cable TV included.Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
