The apartment is located on the lobby ground floor and faces the back of the building which makes it very quite. A sleeping nook with a double bed is located adjacent to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with the exception of a microwave. Ample closet space as well as a chest of drawers are provided. An iron and ironing board for your connivence are kept in this closet The bathroom is spacious and includes a tub and shower for your bathing pleasure. The large living room is stylishly decorated with comfortable chairs and a sofa. There are many great restaurants, bars, grocery stores and green grocers minutes away. There is also a laundry right around the corner. The commute to Midtown/Grand Central is about 20 minutes. WiFi is provided. The apartment has no TV(we like it that way!).
