It features 5 comfortable bedrooms and 4 modernly designed bathrooms. We have one bedroom with bunk beds and the remaining four bedrooms have two double beds each. Guests can also use our two living room sofa beds - perfect for spending quality time with family and friends while watching their favorite show on our Roku TV. Our house also boasts a fully equipped kitchen with an elegant countertop and kitchen island. Don't forget to check out our cozy patio and prepare something to grill!This awesome place is perfect if you want a peaceful and enjoyable getaway!The Space:Guests can enter the house through a digital keypad. There are a few steps to reach the front door and once you get inside, you will discover an open-layout house design with a spacious well-lit living and dining room on the right. There is a bedroom on the left part of the house and a hallway that leads to the other bedrooms and full bathrooms.Outside the house is a patio with a table, chairs, and a BBQ grill.Guest Access:The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.The Neighborhood:Our home is located on the West of Columbia near supermarkets, restaurants, and leisure parks. Only 7 minutes to go to Lexington Medical Center and a 10 min drive to Columbia Metropolitan Airport!Getting Around:Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!Other Things to Note:We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.Interaction with Guests:We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
