Make yourself at home and enjoy your stay to the fullest!The Space:**Note: this is the front unit of a duplex. Interested in more space? Inquire about renting both units!**Welcome to our spacious 4-bedroom, 1.5-bath home, featuring two separate living areas. Step into the welcoming living room, complete with a comfortable couch and a convenient workspace desk. Relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while basking in the natural light that floods through our windows. Just off to the side is the shared whole bathroom with a shower and tub, accompanied by bedroom 1 furnished with a queen-size bed. Bedroom 2 offers a king-size bed, bedroom 3 features a full-size bed, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds.The full kitchen provides ample space for meal preparation. Adjacent to the kitchen is an additional seating area, boasting a 70" Roku TV ready for streaming your favorite subscribed services. This living area also includes a queen sleeper sofa and two additional chairs for extra comfort.Step out to the screened-in back porch, where you'll find a dining table and a BBQ, providing a perfect setting for outdoor gatherings. The porch grants access to the yard area, complete with an additional picnic table.Enjoy the comfort and convenience of our well-appointed home during your stay.Guest Access:The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.The Neighborhood:Welcome to the vibrant neighborhood of West Columbia! Experience the convenience of easy access to shopping, dining, and a variety of attractions. Located less than 15 minutes away, you'll find yourself in the heart of downtown Columbia, where you can explore its lively atmosphere, visit the University of South Carolina, and catch a thrilling game at William-Brice Stadium. Enjoy the best of both worlds with a peaceful retreat in West Columbia while still being within reach of all the excitement and amenities the area has to offer.Getting Around:Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!Other Things to Note:We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.Interaction with Guests:We like to give our guests maximum privacy so we offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
