Lakeside Haven Containers On Lake Tawakoni #103 Description:Come and stay at our one-of-a-kind container units right by Lake Tawakoni! Whether you’re a fisherman seeking out your prized catch or just a nature lover seeking an escape, we know you’ll love our spot. Our location is within driving distance of Wind Point Park, the Tawakoni Marina, and the Lake Tawakoni State Park. Our unique container home units give you your own private space with a tiny home feel. Your furry friends are more than welcome, as our property is pet friendly!The Space:This space sleeps 2 guests comfortably, as it is one of two separate units in a 40 ft container. While your unit is completely private, you do share one half of the container with other guests. You are separated by a specially insulated wall, so you have plenty of privacy. You have your own living space with a bedroom, bathroom, living and kitchenette area. The bedroom contains a full size bed and a 32” Roku TV. The living area has a loveseat sofa, electric fireplace and a 32“ Roku TV. The kitchenette has a sink, coffee maker, Keurig coffee pods, microwave, toaster oven, mini refrigerator, electric double countertop burner, utensils, grilling tools, small pots and pans, beer and wine opener, can opener and paper goods. The container features beautiful floor to ceiling windows, and a deck that serves as a common area where you have plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. You will also have access to our cozy fire pit and barbecue where you can sit back and relax after your long days on the lake. The property is complete with a custom outdoor water feature that you can step into to cool yourself off!Guest Access:Your unit is completely private, you do share one half of the container with other guests. It also shares common areas like the deck, fire pit and barbecue. You have your own private entrance to the space featuring a lockbox with your own personal QR code. There is plenty of free parking at the front of and next to the containers with a gravel driveway.House Rules:• First and foremost, enjoy your stay! • I hope you enjoy the ambiance. I’m sure you’ll do your best to preserve it. • There is NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE the container home. However, we have a great deck area and fire pit where smoking is allowed. • While your furry friends are more than welcome, be sure to clean up after them. Also please be mindful of the people around you and always keep your dog on a leash while outside. We have 2 separate dog cable runners (as well as a leash anchor) for guests to use, so your dogs have freedom to move around on their leash! However, pets are not allowed in the water feature. • You will have neighbors as our containers are in close proximity to each other.
