There is a full bath as well as laundry room and storage area. The front porch overlooks the scenic woods. The home is located in Talking Rock Creek Resort, a gated community with fishing pond, picnic areas, hiking trails, tennis and basketball courts, seasonal outdoor pools and Talking Rock Creek. Close to many North GA cities and attractions. **Note- our tiny house shares a lot with a larger house, VRBO listing 2075634. The homes are close to one another, but fully stand alone and separate from one another.
