First and foremost this is a home.. this is not the Hyatt or The Ritz Carlton.. it’s on acreage as well as dirt roads to get here things get dusty there is wild life & animals all around day and night they can not be controlled and trained to leave people or things alone . It is on a private water well which has all the vitamins, minerals and earthy stuff so leaves deposits . The home will be professionally cleaned before each stay but again this home was built in the 70’s and is a HOME not at all cookie cutter 1/300 rooms in a Hightower with that being said this property is great some good scenery around but it’s ranch style home it wasn’t built yesterday or even in the last 3 decades remember that. This home has a kitchen with custom cabinets, granite countertops and a new dishwasher. This place is for entertaining! Has a wet bar and a stone fireplace and pool table in the game room as well as a BBQ/smoker The master bedroom is away from the others providing the ultimate privacy. Master bathroom has a jetted tub. There is an office . Dog run is 20x30. Lazy E isn’t ten minutes awayThe spaceThis is a home it is not a 1/300 unit property where everything is exactly the same as the one before.. it’s in a rural area on acreage it was built in 1971 and obviously it has wear and tear of said age. It will be cleaned thoroughly but again this is a ranch/style home on acreage and dirt road it’s not some high rise penthouse built a year ago . It has character and shows such .Other things to noteThe property is not on city water, it is fresh water from a private well located on the property . With that being said due to the type of sediment and the minerals that are in it the water tends to leave red rings (red dirt) in the fixtures it’s nearly impossible to avoid but that does not make them unsanitary it’s just mineral deposits
