The neighborhood is safe, quiet and secluded with large mature trees and a creek. It is adjacent to Kickingbird golf & pickle ball courts, Hafer Park is less than a mile away, and Arcadia Lake is only a 15 minute drive. The neighborhood pool is open during the summer months.MAXIMUM GUESTSSix (6) guests is the maximum number allowed at the condo.NEIGHBORHOOD/OUTDOOR SPACEThe triplex is in a heavily wooded addition and there is a creek directly across the street in front. There is no front or back yard.RENTAL TERMIf you are needing a stay for longer than 28 days, please make an inquiry prior to booking to discuss your needs and potential additional rate discounts.WIFI PROVIDEDDOG FRIENDLY One (1) potty-trained dog, 50lbs or less, is allowed. You will need to leash your dog and take them to the green belt in front of the house to potty. Cats are NOT allowed.
