This home offers it all including a private dock, great sound and sunset views, family friendly, conversation deck and is handicap accessible. Ground Level: Outside amenities include a gas grill, parking for 2 to 3 cars, outside shower with changing area, sandy shaded area with a hammock and a boardwalk walkway to your own private Soundfront dock! Stairs to the mid level entry door OR boardwalk ramp to the mid level deck entry. Mid Level: Entry Level. Sound views from all living areas in this home! Great room with seating, kitchen with counter seating for 4, dining room seating 8 and access to the Soundfront deck with lots of seating and a picnic table. Bedroom with 2 Singles that shares a hall bathroom with a Bedroom with a DuoBunk and Single. Laundry area with washer and dryer. Queen Master Bedroom with TV, private bathroom, deck access and sound views. Top Level: Den with TV and deck access to a sun deck with sound views! Queen Master Bedroom with private bathroom. Extras: Soundfront dock, 2 TVs, hammock, picnic table, gas grill, high speed internet access, outside shower, sound views galore and linens and towels provided. No Smoking. Dogs Welcome. Full week rentals only. House Address: 105 Royal Tern Lane. Beds: 2 Queens, 3 Singles, DuoBunk. Key Type: Keyless Entry. CHECK IN LOCATION: 1213-C Duck Road, Duck Office.Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.The fireplace is not available for guest use.
