The master bedroom has a large walk in shower and the Guest bathroom has a tub with shower.There is a full kitchen with new appliances(include dishwasher),a 3 stool snack bar and a dinning rm that seats up to 8.Italian clay floors throughout with carpeted bedrooms.Marble fireplace in the living rm with leather love seat and couch.A spiral staircase leads to the loft.Vaulted ceilings throughout.Full size laundry facility.2 screened porches,large wooden deck with table,8 chairs,and a 22 inch circular weber grill,large 2 car carport.This is a very quiet community.We are only a few miles from Universal Studios and minutes from Disney.We are close to major roads like I-4,414 and 429 which can take you to all the attractions and beaches(40 minutes to Daytona Beach).Unlike the resorts,we are close to 3 of Florida's parks with crystal clear springs that bubble from the ground to form rivers for canoeing,tubing,swimming, and picnics.Disney is okay,but guests cannot stop raving about their $6/car load Blue Springs or Rock Springs family adventures. A chance to relax and rejuvenate after spending days in lines at the theme parks will be a welcome change.
