Featuring 1 California King bed, 2 twin beds, 1 queen bed, and a queen sofa sleeper. Accommodations for up to 8 people. The bath is a full bath, improved with granite vanity and hand quilted décor. The lower level includes a spacious living area and the home is equipped with high speed WiFi. For your comfort and convenience, there is central air conditioning, gas heating, a 2-car garage, and laundry room with front loading washer and drier. The family room includes a flat screen tv, fireplace, games, toys, books, weights, and a treadmill. A kitchen area is set up complete with table and chairs, a microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, double cooktop, air frier, dishes, utensils, glassware, pots and pans, and a kitchen sink.With a neighborhood park, soccer field and basketball courts ½ block away, there are plenty of opportunities to get the kids out for sunshine and exercise. For a minimal cost, the neighboring Recreation Center is just a mile away, where you can swim in one of two pools, play on the water slide or exercise in the lap lanes.
