A cozy living room and adjoined dining area with seating for 4. The main bath, including a shower and tub. Upstairs you will find a half bath and bedroom with 1 queen and 1 full size bed. Each bed has separate sleeping areas with a shared wall that can be closed with a folding wooden door for added privacy. Making it feel more like a 2 bedroom.Nestled right along the Chena River, enjoy boating, fishing, and kayaking right out your back door!The North Pole/Fairbanks area offers endless opportunities for your Alaskan adventures!! Winter guests can take a cruise over to North Pole and visit "Santa Claus House" and his reindeer. Or, take a short drive into Fairbanks and check out the World Ice Art Championships. The combination of ice sculptures and ice playground is sure to delight!
