Quiet serene setting with nice deck for relaxing. Two additional units within the structure can also be rented if needed for larger groups. Home is 6 miles from downtown Fairbanks and many marvelous attractions, or you can get on drive 55 miles to indulge in absolute luxury of the hot springs! There is a TV, but no cable. Guests must bring their own Roku and cords. Absolutely no drugs on the premises.Quiet time is 10:00pm to 7am. Outside smoking is available and must be away from any open windows.
