4BR Private Home in Foothills Beautiful custom home in the wooded Western foothills of Teton Valley, ID with a Grand Teton view! Situated on a secluded 4 acres, this home is in a desirable location for those vacationers who want to get away from it all. National Forest access is just a short drive away for those looking to hike, bike, snow shoe, or snowmobile! This 3 story home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 living/family rooms, and a large open main floor with kitchen, dining, living, and laundry. The home has high quality finishes, from the antique black walnut hardwood floors, to the stainless steel appliances, up to the grand windows, and vaulted ceilings. A propane fireplace in the main floor living room helps keep you toasty through the Winter visits. The main floor also has the master suite, with a king sized bed, television, and a large ensuite bathroom. Leading to the basement, which is also garage and outside access level, there is another private bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite bath. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and two twins, and the other with a queen bed that will share another full bathroom. There is a loft family room with an additional flat screen TV and a built in desk for those who still need to work while away from home.Absolutely no pets and no smoking allowed.We will refund in full for any cancellations prior to 60 days before check in. If you cancel with 30 days of your check in date, we will charge $100. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you are only eligible to receive your cleaning fee back unless otherwise agreed upon.
