Plenty of sitting areas inside and out!2 Kayaks available, free to use.20ft pontoon for rent based on availability.Perfect Location! Just off the main highway! Only 15 minutes to Uptown Greenwood and Lander University. Less than a mile away from popular lake restaurants!Main House:The main house is 2 bedroom/2 bath. One bedroom has a king bed and a twin bed with a twin trundle (sleeps 4). The second bedroom in the main house has a queen bed. There are two bathrooms, a laundry room, living room with Roku equipped TV and two reclining sofas, and a full kitchen with kitchen table.Guest House:The guest house has one bedroom with a queen bed, a kitchenette with a mini fridge, sink, and microwave, a large sitting area with a sectional sofa and Roku equipped TV, a wall mounted collapsible table/desk, and a bathroom. The sectional sofa can be a great additional sleeping space and is large enough to comfortably sleep two adults. Additional blankets and sheets provided.Full rules, additional information, wifi password, restaurant suggestions, etc are included in the house manual that will be available to you on the Airbnb app/website after your reservation is accepted and confirmed. We also keep a copy in the house that you will have access to during your stay.
