The fun awaits, book today!The Space:The indoor space features a FULL kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining table that seats 6 (perfect for dinner or game night), a comfortable living space with a cozy gas fireplace, TWO bedrooms with queen-size beds, ONE full bath, laundry, and bunk beds with a pull-out trundle that are located in the common area to accommodate larger groups.With much to do outdoors, step through the double french doors onto your large covered deck with patio dining and a relaxing porch swing. The gently sloped lawn will lead you to the water, where you can enjoy the many watersports provided, such as kayaks, paddle boards, and more! You’ll also find the firepit, hammock, yard games, and propane/charcoal grills. When you are not out on the lake, please enjoy the saltwater pool and spend time relaxing in the hot tub overlooking the lake.We are in the most convenient location on the lake! The property is near many restaurants, a public golf course, grocery store, convenience store, gas stations, dollar store, liquor store, cigar shop, public boat launch, and more! We are an easy 15 minute drive from Lake Greenwood State Park. You may also want to explore "Uptown Greenwood" which has many restaurants, art galleries, shops, occasional festivals, farmers market, and Music in the Park.We provide ample parking for vehicles, trailers, and boats. Multiple docks on the property, feel free to dock your boat! Things to know:** All guests must sign a liability waiver upon arrival regarding the use of pool and water facilities. ** Pool is available approximately April 1 through mid October, 8 a. m. to 9 p.m. Unheated. Lifeguarding at the lake, pool, and hot tub is the guest's responsibility.** Hot tub hours end at 10 p.m. Please shower before use, and bring separate bathing suits to use for lake vs pool/hot tub. The owners treat and replenish water frequently to ensure a hygienic environment.** House layout: The property is a duplex, but top and bottom instead of side by side. An interior stairway connects the two levels but remains locked during your stay. You will have access to the entire fully independent lower level with a private entrance, private accommodations, and private deck. The owners live on the top level with a different entrance on the opposite side of the house. Living on site allows us to keep the pool and hot tub clean at all times, keep water out of kayaks, maintain the landscaping, etc.** My husband and I live on the property. We are awesome people, lol. We run a business, have several rentals, and have a fun social life, so you may or may not see us during your visit. At most, you will see us restocking your firewood or cleaning up after our dog. Our past guests have given us positive reviews and referred to us as attentive, helpful, and friendly, so please make sure you are comfortable with that arrangement before booking. ** Mechanical issues with pool or hot tub can arise and are outside the control of owners. We will do everything we can to ensure they are working during your visit, but our lodging and other non-motorized amenities are always available, providing you with a beautiful and fun vacation location. In the event of mechanical issues with the aforementioned items, no refunds will be given. To date, we have NEVER had an issue that has interfered with tenant use of these items.** There is a camper parked on the top portion of property with a long term tenant that does not utilize any part of the property during your stay.
