The first floor features ceramic tile flooring, a gear storage area, a foosball table, and a comfy couch for relaxing after a fun day on the mountain. Ascending the staircase to the main floor reveals a gourmet kitchen with new appliances, including a dishwasher, plenty of counter space with granite counter tops, and a prep island work station. The open dining/living areas are adjacent, and feature a dining table with bench seating, a sectional sofa, a built-in gas fireplace to cozy up to, and a covered walk-out balcony with a territorial view...perfect for relaxing with your favorite beverage. There's also one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a second bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a newly remodeled 3/4-bath, a laundry cubby with a full sized washer/dryer, and a side entrance that accesses a large platform deck with a gas grill, a large picnic table, and a covered outdoor HOT TUB! Ascending the staircase from the main floor to the top floor reveals a small landing, a sitting area/study, a third bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a master bedroom with 1-king sized bed, and 1-full bath. This Wi-Fi-equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 8 people (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!)**Automatic generator installed in case of power outage - Powers lighting, outlets, and refrigerator**HOT TUB / WI-FI / NO PETS / NO SMOKINGIMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: It should be noted that, while this property is not pet-friendly for Guests, the property owners do have pets.
