Family Fun Room with full size Foosball Table, Shuffle Board, 55" Smart TV for gaming or movies. Total of 1.3 acres with 2 stall mare motel and huge 1/2 acre turnout with round pen. Driveway is plenty big for your rigs and circle driveway makes it easy to park.Guest accessGuests will have complete access to the entire property including horse stalls.Other things to noteTwo horses allowed - poop dumpster on property with weekly pickup.Small / Medium dogs welcome if not barkers, diggers or markers. Damage deposit will be required for dogs. If your dogs are responsible please bring them to enjoy the fully fenced yard.
