Come and relax after a day spent exploring the canyons of Lake Powell or reveling in the beauty of Antelope Canyon and Horsehoe Bend.You will arrive to a well-maintained home with a fenced, grassy front yard and enter the home with a convenient self check-in keypad entry.Indoor living space: As you enter and head upstairs, you will see a great room with a brand new kitchen, a magnificent eat-at kitchen bar, a well-positioned 65" Smart TV and sofa and love seat. This will be everyone's favorite spot to gather and chat and cook and eat with plenty of room to spare. Head up a few steps and you will enter the game room complete with a ping pong table, Wi Mario Kart gaming, 75" Smart TV and a generous amount of comfortable seating. One of the sofas opens up to a full size sleeper bed.Bedrooms: There are five bedrooms; two upstairs and three downstairs. The master bedroom with king bedroom and 32" Smart TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The full size sleeper sofa is upstairs in the game room. Two of the downstairs bedrooms have queen beds. The third bedroom has a king bed, a twin sofa sleeper and a Smart TV.Bathrooms: Two bathrooms are upstairs and have combination tub and showers. Downstairs has a full bathroom with combination tub and shower. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and all linens are provided.Kitchen: The enormous kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances, brand new cabinets and is well-stocked. Dinnerware, flatware, bake ware, cookware, glassware and small appliances including a drip coffee maker are provided.Outside: The backyard is grassy, large and fully fenced. You can BBQ on the gas grill and eat outside at the dining area. Later, make s'mores in the fire pit or play a game of corn hole or horseshoes or just relax and star gaze.Parking: There is a pull through driveway to make parking a boat and vehicle easy - no backing up required! There are also two more spots available on the front driveway. Additional street parking is available in front of and on the side of the house.Kids: If you are traveling with little ones, there are a pack-n-play and high chair available on site.Attached Release Agreement is required for all adults in the party for jacuzzi.Pets: Pets (up to 2 dogs) are allowed for a $100 pet fee and must be declared before arriving. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated. If your pet has an accident in the house and or causes damage, please make sure to notify us as soon as possible. Please make sure to clean up after your pet inside and outside the house.The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. There is an elementary school playground within walking distance. You can also walk to the Lake Powell Scenic Overlook for a gorgeous view of Lake Powell. A short 5-minute drive will take you to downtown where you find two museums, a visitor center, the city center park, skateboard park, lighted pickle ball courts, lighted basketball court, a grocery store, hardware store, restaurants and local shopping.
