Large Luxury Family Home Near Five Colleges. The TOP short term rental in area! THE nicest short term rental in the Five College area!Our home is conveniently located 10 minutes away from the UMass Amherst and Amherst College campuses. We have a swing set, tennis court, basketball court, and hot tub in our backyard. Our home would be a great place for a large visiting family to spend time in Western Massachusetts. There are six bedrooms.. The master bedroom is a suite with a walk-in closet as well as a private bathroom. There are two other full bathrooms on the second floor. The third floor is a large open space with many toys and games for the kids. We also have a TV viewing area for the whole family to congregate. This is our favorite area of the house.In the basement we have a brand new exercise room with a treadmill, peloton and free weights. Graduation season is by far our most inquired about time and perfect for extended family. We are also open to other short-term and long-term rentals..
