Located in the most central part of Burbank, we are just a short 10 min drive to Warner Bros, Universal, and the famous Disney Studios. We are also just a short walk or bike ride away from our local cute coffee shops & restaurants. We offer our 3 bedroom home perfect for the families who want to get away, or the friends who like to travel together.The spaceOur cozy casita is located only 7 minutes away from downtown Burbank, 10 minutes away from Warner Bros, Disney, Universal Studios, a 25 minute drive to Downtown LA, and a 45 minute drive to the beautiful Santa Monica, and Venice Beaches. There are also plenty of cute coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores (Whole Foods, Ralphs, Trader Joes), to make Burbank feel like home.Guest accessThe house is yours to enjoy and relax in for the time you are booked with us. The backyard will be shared with other possible guests.Other things to noteThe garden will be shared with other guest but the rest of the house is yours to enjoy! Also no animals allowed at the property because my mother who lives with me is allergic to any animals.
