The three bedrooms, comprising queen, queen, and 2 singles respectively, are equipped with plush mattresses and clean sheets, while a convenient first bathroom is located nearby. Further back, the master bedroom beckons with a king-size bed and easy access to the inviting patio, featuring a fire-pit table, modern outdoor furniture, and BBQ pit - perfect for evening conversations. This is a family friendly neighborhood. Parties and events are prohibited.Located within minutes to local shops and entertainment our home will be sure to keep you comfortable and close enough to all the attractions the city has to offer!Other Things to Note:Our ADU in the rear offers complete privacy for its occupants, as we request that you respect their privacy as they respect yours. The trash bins are located within the common area, from the black driveway gate up to the ADU. Please limit parking to the three spaces provided on the driveway and accommodate your party accordingly.
