If you live in the city, there may be smells you aren't used to, and the horses may bang and clang around a bit, but their kind souls and big hearts make up for it! Our 8 foot window overlooking the covered arena might even have you nose to nose with a horse at some point during your stay!This is a functioning barn and Horse Hotel. Each guest must sign a liability waiver promising not to touch animals without the owners permission. Guests are never to enter spaces with animals without the owner present. In addition, no feeding animals without permission.Bugs, frogs, and flies are a probability. This is a barn after all. Heck, even snakes are a possibility outside. If any of these are a concern, please book elsewhere. No refunds will be provided for naturally occurring bugs and wildlife within or around the barn.
