Fell like you are on the set of a lake town movie, beautiful downtown Park Rapids features a wonderful café, shops, restaurants, dining, a movie theatre, candy stores and more.This is a Studio unit with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The Cabin has dishes, eating and cooking utensils, coffee maker w/ coffee, pots, pans, an electric double burner, 4 slot toaster and a large toaster oven. There is also a small fridge/freezer. The living space, bedroom and kitchen are upstairs and bathroom is downstairs.Riverside Point Resort in Park Rapids is the ideal for those looking to getaway, relax, but enjoy the comforts of a picturesque lake town. Located on the beautiful, clear, Fishhook river, you are a short boat ride to Fishhook Lake, and a short walk to coffee shops, stores, restaurants, and bars in beautiful downtown Park Rapids.The washer and dryer is coin operated.Pets are subject to owner approval and may or may not be approved. If they are approved a pet fee applies. Please inquire with breed, age, and weight of your pet prior to booking. No Cats Allowed. Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500If you smoke, fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.The Property Owner will consider pets. However, pet acceptance is not guaranteed and is subject to owner approval and pet fees apply if the pet is approved.
