Spruce with two story high windows with loft on the premier lake of Big Sand New 5 bedroom home built in 2013. Pine Cone is a group of vacation homes from 1 to 6 bedrooms. Spruces is the newest home that will accommodate sleeping for up to 17 people. Overflow can use other homes while Spruces' large great room can handle a large gathering. If this home is not available, another may have an opening.Spruces can be used for crafters weekend. Daily visitors are $15/day/person which you can pay during your stay. We are delighted that people love Spruces. This property is not available for VRBO rentals in the summer Memorial Day through Labor Day. We are open year round to bring people together for a short stay during the fall, winter and spring.
