We can provide that, with a 2 bedroom cabin 10 feet from the shores of Big Sand Lake, Park Rapids, Minnesota. Big Sand is one of the areas premier fishing and recreational lakes. 1800 acre lake with 35-foot water clarity, hard pack sand bottom, gradual slope out, and no weeds!! Fantastic swimming off the end of the dock. The cabin is a rustic two bedroom with a large deck and lakeside fire pit. There is a double bed in one bedroom. The other bedroom has a bunk bed with full mattress on the bottom and twin on top. Beautiful setting among towering white and red pines, right on the water, with a fabulous fire pit overlooking a natural rocky shoreline. This cabin faces west for the best sunset views in Hubbard County. The cabin is NOT handicap accessible, and people with mobility issues will find the steps difficult. There are 35 stone steps down (from parking) to cabin and waters edge. There are no hard-wired phones, but there is wifi and internet access.Our cabin is part of an old resort, so there are nearby neighbors and we kindly ask that you respect their privacy if they happen to be in residence.We have a canoe and 2 kayaks for you to enjoy that are included with the cabin rental. There is also a 16-foot Lund fishing boat with 40hp motor, live well, and depth finder available for you to rent for $300 for your entire stay. We also have for rent a 20-foot Premier pontoon boat with 60hp motor - $500 for your entire stay. Motorized boat rentals will be charged outside of VRBO - please contact Jim - the owner/property manager if interested prior to your check in.**If your date is blocked please contact us as there may be owner weekends available.**
