Between the Kitchen, living area, dining, loft and game room, there's everything you need and then some.The spaceThe kitchen is stocked with all of your basics, including salt and pepper. There is also on-site laundry available for our guests convenience. The laundry room is on the main level of the home. If you enjoy fly fishing, horseback riding, hiking, skiing, snow shoeing, carriage rides, paddle boarding, ATV's, biking, jeeping or just love the outdoors then you will love this location.Guest accessYou'll have the entire home and surrounding 9 acres which also back up to the National Forest, so feel free to explore. Guests will not be able to access the garage or attic.Other things to noteThe home is located approximately 45-90 minutes from the Snowmass and Aspen areas, depending on traffic as well as where exactly you are looking to visit in those areas.*PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON VISITING DURING THE WINTER MONTHS 4 WHEEL DRIVE IS REQUIRED.
