This inviting two-bedroom, one-bathroom home is nestled less than 35 minutes away from Asheville, Hendersonville, and Brevard! The well-lit dining area seats six people comfortably and offers a breathtaking view of the mountains. If you're in the mood to grill, you'll love the gas grill on the patio with an outdoor dining area. After dinner, sit back and relax on the outdoor couch while watching the sunset and staying warm by the gas fire pit. Each room features a comfortable queen-size bed, ample storage, and plenty of natural light. The house also offers a Tesla charging station, so you can recharge your car while you relax after a long trip. Whether you're looking for a peaceful escape or an adventure-packed vacation, the Nature Nook is the perfect place for you!*Must be 25 years or older to rent.**Based on North Carolina Commission Laws, we are required to send you a rental agreement after booking with us.***The property has a private entry and parking. However, there is an apartment downstairs with a part-time resident. The apartment has a private drive and entry. ————————————————————🌲The Space:There are two bedrooms in total.1. Main Room Queen Bed 2. Guest Room Queen Bed🌲Kitchen:Large fridge, Electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and ice maker. The dining room table seats up to 6 while the island offers two additional seats. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils, pots, pans, strainers, air fryers, plates, bowls, glasses, and pretty much anything you would need to make a complete meal to enjoy!🌲Bathrooms:Bathroom— Shower/TubIs fully stocked with shampoo, body wash, blow dryer, and fresh towels and washcloths.🌲Cleaning:Washer and dryer located in the entryway closet, fully stocked paper towels, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, iron and ironing board, broom, and general cleaning supplies.🌲Entertainment:Smart Tv in the living room allows you to stream all of your personal streaming services. 🌲Outside:The outside focus is the view, fun, and relaxation! There is an outdoor lounge area with a large couch, gas fire pit, gas grill, and an outdoor dining table to enjoy. 🌲Fires: The fireplace is gas and is usable from October thru April.🌲Guest accessOur guests have access to the main level of the property other than the downstairs apartment and the shed. The rest of the property, inside and outside, is yours to enjoy.Other things to noteQuiet hours are 9pm-9am. While it may feel like you are alone in the woods, there are neighbors nearby. Loud noise and music on the deck are not tolerated.🐶We love animals and welcome all good boys and girls! No more than 2 woofers per stay.🐶We allow you to bring up to two pets. The pet fee is $25 per pet per day. Please note that taxes and service fees would be in addition.———————————————————-⭐ VERY IMPORTANT:If you plan on using the house to have a party, sneak in extra guests, bring animals unannounced, or do other things that disregard the house rules, please read below:No parties or events are allowed without prior approval. You will immediately lose your security deposit, be charged an additional $500, and must leave if this happens.Examples:Booking a stay with 8 people and inviting over 10 additional people for a BBQ.Booking a stay with 6 people but using the house to host a family reunion, baby shower, graduation party, bachelor/bachelorette party, wedding shower, etc.Our house rates are based on 6 guests and we can accommodate up to 10 for additional fees. Please be honest and accurate about how many guests stay when you book. The 7th through 10th guests are $25 extra per guest per night. Undisclosed guests will be charged at a rate of $100 per night.
