It has a lovely wrap-around deck that is partially covered so you can enjoy the warm days and cool mountain nights as well as an upper deck, all within minutes of world-class hiking, mountain biking, the Biltmore Estate, and many breweries, and very close to downtown Asheville. The location is also great to take advantage of the take-out services provided by some of the best local restaurants in the area. Quiet hours after dark.No smoking, vaping, or candles. Must be at least 25 years old to reserve this property.DOG RULESA dog fee applies for ONE dog, plus all applicable taxes. Maximum of ONE dog with prior approval. Dogs under 50 lbs. The size and breed of your dog are needed to register them. Please note that you are bringing your dog when making your reservation. The backyard is fenced.1. No puppies - Dog must be at least ONE YEAR OLD2. No attack or aggressive breeds of dogs are allowed3. Must have all shots and flea treatments that are up to date4.
