Five bedroom, four bath house with huge deck for entertaining and beautifully landscaped lawn. Take a hike in the woods and visit the horses along the way. The Latah Creek golf course is just 5 minutes away for those looking for a golf outing. After a day of adventures, you will return to a peaceful, spacious home where you can enjoy the pool table, relax on the deck next to the gas firepit, or curl up with a book in the living room which also features a 65in smart TV. Gather on the large outdoor deck to enjoy the amazing weather, outdoor dining, a gas fire pit, and a huge backyard that is perfect for playing fetch with your furry family member. Later on enjoy the evening in the hot tub or take a dip in the indoor pool.If you want to bring a horse along we offer pasture right in front of the house along with many options for trailering to amazing horse rides in the nearby area.This is a perfect venue for group gatherings such as family reunions, memorial gatherings, graduations and other occasions. However there will be an additional $100 charge for the event to cover wear and tear on the house and disposal of garbage generated from said event. During the winter season, November to April there will be a $100 pool heating charge.
