Watch the local planes take off and land from the front yard swing and then end your day watching the sunset on the large back patio while BBQing.The Large master suite has a queen bed and walk in closet with new carpet. The master bathroom has new flooring, a garden tub, walk in shower and double vanity. Second bedroom has a queen bed and closet. Second bathroom is located just off the second bedroom and has a shower/tub and a nice large single vanity. The third bedroom is located downstairs and has a queen bed with two sets of dressers. A twin bed can be found in a cubby in the laudryroom, perfect for a young child. This property is close to civilization but feels remote. During your visit you will see wildlife like deer, quail and wild turkeys. Aviator Dreams is a open spaceous floor plan much like the property it sits on. What ever your needs may be: Bloomsday, College Graduations, Hoopfest, Skiing, Shopping or just a little getaway; this is the place for you.Please know that there are Security Cameras on the OUTSIDE of the property.
