The basement includes a living area with 65" smart TV and game area with foosball & shuffleboard.The fire pit is located off the back of the deck and has a spectacular view of the lake. There is plenty of firewood for you to use.Waterfront amenities include a large private dock, canoe, 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, a large water mat for swimming and life jackets.This home is tucked away on 11-acres of pine forest with dramatic views of Little Fork Lake, allowing guests to enjoy their privacy. It features vaulted ceilings with timber beams, and windows overlooking a forest of evergreens. Watercraft nearby has boats to rent, and they can be driven over and docked right at the house. They also rent paddle boards, life jackets and water ski equipment. There are so many hiking and biking trails in the area, and many restaurants and shops.Guests can also bring their own boats - there is a boat ramp on Medicine Lake, and built in bumpers on the dock. There is direct access to 28 lakes!In the Winter we provide 5 pairs of snowshoes & 2 sleds for sledding.This property does have central air conditioning (new in 2022)
