It is also ideal for travelling professionals as it has a functional work space/office area.✓Super comfortable queen bed.✓River view deck with market umbrella and outdoor furniture.✓Compact but very functional kitchen with full size oven, microwave, full size fridge, drip filter coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, pots and pans, dinnerware, utensils and glass ware. Sorry but there is no dishwasher.✓Claw foot tub with shower over.✓Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap are provided along with fluffy towels and crisp cotton sheets.✓Office nook with full size desk and shelving.✓High speed WiFi and a smart TV in the bedroom with Netflix and Prime.✓Amazon Echo for music and information.✓Record player/CD/radio✓Board games.✓Washer and dryer in the apartment.Things to note:*This apartment is not suitable for pets.*There is no assigned parking spot. There is free and untimed parking available in the street in front of the building, and in surrounding streets. At some times of the day you may need to park a short walk from the apartment. There is a 30 minute space available at the corner if you need it to unload.*You will need to descend 15 stairs to access the apartment.*We are located in a busy downtown area and so guests should expect some noise from neighboring businesses. It is generally peaceful overnight but during the day and early evening you will hear footsteps from the business upstairs.*There are video cameras in the public areas of the building for security plus a noise sensor within the apartment.
