20 Miles to Razorback Stadium; Close in Beaver Lake WATERFRONT It's the best of both worlds: Gorgeous view, privacy, and easy slope to water on beautiful Beaver lake, but close in to everything you need: less than 20 miles to Razorback Stadium, Crystal Bridges Museum and Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport. The home is a 3/2 plus: 2 bedrooms 1 bath on main level, plus Master up with stunning views. Walk-out basement has pool table, laundry facilities, plus a bunk room that sleeps up to 4. Master and Bedroom 1 have King beds with new firm mattresses and Bedroom 2 has a queen. All rooms are spacious and comfortable. We added a HUGE composite deck, Completed last June. In the yard is a wonderful cozy fire pit for s'mores and guitars by the firelight (You supply the music!) and horseshoes. The home has fiber wifi, and a 55" TV. We provide 2 kayaks, 2 adult and 2 kids paddle boards for the adventurous. Super EASY access to Hickory Creek Marina LESS than ONE mile away to drop your own boat in the water. Comfortable, casual relaxation for the whole family and a couple of friends!
